My flatmate was on her way traveling to Philippines for a 10-day leisure time. You could sense an excitement and nervousness. This would be her first in more than two decades!
We traveled via Docklands Light Railways (DLR) to London City Airport. We were too early as expected. We waited patiently for her flight to be ready on the screen. We ate at Pret, it was her treat as it was her bon voyage day. The lady served her with a smile. I then told her that I need a coffee badly. So she went kindly to buy me one. The server told her that the cappuccino I have ordered was 'in the house.' I had a free cap that day. I was dying for a coffee and would not want to spend. Hence, having a free cappuccino made my day.
As Psalm 37:4 stated, 'Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.' It reminded me so.
Everyday is a miracle from God ;)
