I woke up to start the day. There I found myself all full of strength, and managed to have breakfast prior to leaving for work today. Relying on public transportation oftentimes gave me frustration, and disappointment, I waited for 15 minutes to get into the bus. However, I managed to arrive to work 20 minutes before time. Amazing!
At work, it was the same yet again, felt like a summer breeze - probably half-term caused it. From eight in the morning until half past 11 in the morning, I had no patients. Though not having patients should require me to feel lazy, I ended myself up helping one of my colleagues dealing with critically ill patients that time. I stayed there with her as I had nothing to do. I helped her run the capillary gas from a patient. I did not realise that she has got no access to do it. God has placed me in the appropriate place at that time! She did thank me not once but many times after I helped her.
There are oftentimes God allows us to experience the comfort for us to be able to help someone. There would be times when we are in a situation wherein we can be of help. This is the time that God wants us to be a channel of blessings to others. It can be your listening ear, a difficult task needing assistance, a response or anything of which we can help.
In the book of Matthew 5, 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
We have to be thankful for every opportunities God has placed before us, because it is in this opportunity that people will be able to see the glory of God.
The miracles of God happen everyday :)
